ABS STEEL GRADES

ABS stands for The American Bureau of Shipping. ABS is an American Maritime Classification Society preserving the standards for the design, construction, and operational maintenance of marine and offshore assets

NAVY STEEL GRADES

Primarily used in military applications, but also in areas where high strength is required as both grades have elevated yield strengths (HY 80 – 80ksi, HY 100 – 100ksi). In addition these grades are also certified to MIL-S-16216 & Navsea Tech Pub T9074
