Composition and Heat Treatment
The Alloy is martensitic in structure and derives its properties through a single-step precipitation hardening heat treatment between 900°F and 1150°F (482°C and 621°C). This allows you to vary the properties of the alloy for specific uses, creating a broad range of properties.
