IPSWL1.4534.4-01 is the Airbus Internal Process Spec Werkstoff-Liefervorschrift (material delivery specification) for EN 1.4534 stainless steel — the European equivalent of 15-5 PH (UNS S15500) precipitation hardening stainless steel. It defines Airbus-specific delivery conditions, certification requirements, and quality provisions for this high-strength CRES grade used in Airbus structural and precision applications.
EN 1.4534 / 15-5 PH offers tensile strength up to 190 ksi (H900) with excellent corrosion resistance and good transverse toughness for aerospace structural fittings and actuator components.
